Shipping policy

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday, 09AM to 8PM , excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.

Once we receive your order, we send you the design to be printed for your approval (via email) before printing and unless we have your written approval, the printing process do not start.


The Printing process will take about 1-2 business days after everything is confirmed. After the item is processed, our team will double check the quality and ship out your item.
Our transit time on orders range from 7-14 business days. (we ship from China)

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  1. Find “Track Your Order ” on our website’s main menu.
  2. Follow the instructions given and track your order.

NOTE:

  • You can find the following information in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Do not get panic when you see your tracking information shows “Could Not Find Order”. This usually appears when we have just fulfilled and shipped out your order, it will take up to 24-48 hours for the courier service to scan your parcel into their system.
  • We advice you to start tracking your order status 48-72 hours after you received your order tracking number from us.
  • But in very rare cases, if you are still not able to track your order status after the given timeframe, please contact us at Contact@onevu.shop and we will help you to investigate further.

  

 

TAXES & DUTIES

OneVu shall not be held liable for any possible taxes and duties which may be charged and apply by customs in the country where the delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest solely with the customers.
